Dear future love of my life
You don't know who I am, but I am THAT girl. The girl that is gonna change your life for the better. I am gonna be there for better or worse and support you every single moment of your life. Good or Bad. All I ask is for a few things in return. I just want you to be THAT guy. The guy that when I wake up every morning puts a smile on my face. The one that accepts me for who I am. The one that will sit and listen to All That Remains with me, and then five minutes later, will be willing to put up with Keith Urban. I want you to be the one that knows that even though I have a *slight* obsession with Triple H. You're still my number one guy. And yes, I am a Boston Red Sox fan, and there's probably a good chance you're a New York Yankees fan. Just know that I will always be a Sox fan. And accept it. LOL. Know that even though i'm an adult, I watch Spongebob Squarepants. I want you to be the guy that sits and watches thunderstorms with me, cause I love 'em. And you also have to tolerate the cold weather, cause I love watching the snow fall.

Yeah, it's been awhile....LOL. I don't know what to say. But here we go. It's kinda a venting post.

I know it's been awhile, a longgggg ass time. I feel like I am on a hampster wheel. I get up, go to work, play on the computer, read when I feel like. Go to sleep. Wake up and start it all over again. I feel like I need some sort of change but I have no clue how to take the step. I don't have a licence so it's not like I can get up and go. And I need the health benefits that come with my job so I can't quit.

Plus having 6 seizures in four months kinda has to put everything on hold. Before those 6 seizures I hadn't had one in like 8 years. So my tempory goal is to find out out what the problem is with my seizures. Then hopefully I can get on the whole driver's licence train. Then hopefully, my plan is to move back up to Massachusetts, because I totally feel like I am in a rut down here on Long Island.

On a lighter note, I am finding myself deeply absorbed by the Twilight Saga. I am currently getting ready to read Breaking Dawn. I won't go into details in case there is someone in the human civilization who hasn't read them. I had to send my XBox360 off for repairs, so I shoved my face in to books and I can't stop reading now. .

I don't know if anyone still reads my LJ , but I wanted to let everyone know that I am still here. I know it's been awhile since I posted, but I decided to post one. It would take WAY too much to tell everyone what I've been up to, but I am gonna try to post regularly.

It's been a little less than a week since pro wrestler Chris Benoit killed his family as well as himself. The tragedy has stirred such a controversy in people. People are pointing fingers. People are also using this tragedy as a soapbox. But I'm not posting this to talk about that. I'm not here to point fingers, or start talking about steroids. I am posting this to talk about the man inside the ring as well as my feelings on the whole situation.

When I first saw Chris Benoit, he was sitting ringside with Perry Saturn, Eddie Guerrero, and Dean Malenko as the Radicalz. I didn't know much about them at all, seeing as I was a relative new pro wrestling fan. As the months passed, Benoit was the one who stood out to me. He first shined at his WM2000 match with Chris Jericho and Kurt Angle. You could tell that he had a passion for this business, and he was definetly a "ring general". He developed the nickname "The Rabid Wolverine", if it was one thing that he was rabid about, it was the sports entertainment industry. He was also slowly becoming one of my favorite wrestlers. 2004 seemed to be Chris's shining year. When Wrestlemania 20 rolled around, the triple threat between Chris Benoit, Shawn Michaels, and Triple H, I was super excited that I got to see the match, and to be honest, I didn't care who won the match. When Chris won the match, I was excited for him. He deserved it. Later that year, at Summerslam, when he lost the title to Randy Orton, that was one of Randy's best matches, and believe it was because of Chris.

I've only seen Chris wrestle live once. It was the Armageddon 2005 PPV, in Rhode Island. He was wrestling Booker T. There was nothing absolutely stellar about the match. But all I could remember was how loud the fans were for Chris. Any wrestling fan knows that Chris Benoit wasn't huge on the entertainment factor of wrestling, he was big on just wrestling. That night when I saw him wrestle, he definetly had a "quiet charisma" about him. And I loved it.

On June 11th, 2007, WWE had the draft to mix up the rosters a bit. And man, was I pissed when Chris got traded to ECW. I was glad to see him wrestle that night. Little did I know that would be the last time I would see him wrestle. I just don't watch ECW, and now I kinda regret it.

If you noticed, I still have my Chris Benoit Banner up on my 'user info' page. I don't think I am gonna take it down either. I want to remember Chris for what he did in the ring. I have a huge respect for what he did in the ring. He was an amazing performer. And the few people that I know that have met him has said that he was a kind and genuine person. That's what I want to remember Chris as. Not as the guy that the media is personifing him as.

A slight update on everything...

This is gonna be realllllly long...

So I got back from Florida on the 9th, which was a tuesday. And I wasn't feeling the greatest....and it didn't go away right away, but I'm stupid, so I ignored it, until the pain got so bad that I had to go home from work on thursday. I called the doctor, and the next appointment I could get would be monday night, so I said fine, and figured, I could deal with the pain. Thhhhhhen, on Sunday night, about 2am, I get a throbbing pain in my kidneys. Like it was intense, wanted to cry, hurt so much, I wanted to puke kind of pain. So monday morning, I called the doctor, and she scheduled me in for the morning. To make a long story short, I spent all day monday, seeing doctors. I went to see my OBGYN and took care of one problem (a. Then, I went and saw my primary physician, who thought I might have a kidney stone, so then I went for a CT scan.

Yesterday, I back to my primary care physician, and she explained that what happened is while I was in Florida, I passed a kidney stone (I had NOOOO clue). And I ended up with a UTI, and because I had waited so long, passing the stone had made my Kidney more open to infection, and the infection had spread. Oh, it gets better. My CT scan also shows that I have extra fat on my pancreas, as well as a nodule on my Adrenal Gland (I don't know WTF that is, so if anyone can clarify, feel free to let me know). So now I have to go for an MRI. So yah. Sounds life fun.

Well, it wasn't that long--but it just sucks.

Oh and yeah, because of this whole situation, I've been out of work for about a week, so it means my cash flow is pretty much cut off.

The News I've Been Waiting on

With Superman Returns breaking $200 Million domestically and a worldwide gross of over $390 million, Warner Bros. is moving forward with the sequel.

Weeks before the DVD has it’s grandiose release, the IESB has learned that Bryan Singer has finalized a deal to move forward with the sequel this past weekend and the studio is planning to start production sometime next fall, possibly next September. When the IESB contacted a studio rep for comments we got this response - Warner Bros. does not comment on projects that are in development. A few calls later, other studio insiders confirmed that the deal was finalized last week and the team that brought Superman Returns to theaters earlier this year will return for the sequel.

We have been told that a couple of things are for certain. For one, the sequel will have a slightly smaller budget. Returns budget was approximately $208 million dollars with P&A (prints and ads) of about $50 million putting it at around $260. The sequel is expected to be around $140-175 million plus marketing.

Second, more action, tons more action is expected this time around. The studio was quite happy with the way Supes was reintroduced to the world and next time around expect to see him in full action battle mode. We’ve been told that Superman will have the battle of his life in the sequel and audiences can expect one of the ultimate baddies in the D.C. universe to come to Metropolis to pick a fight with the Man of Steel.

Yeah...I hate being broke.

Went to Walmart today. Scanned through the WWE figures section, usually all they have is like 20,000 Chris Masters figures, MNM, and Trevor Murdoch. But today, it figures I have no money, and they have one KEVIN NASH!!!. And I had absolutely no money on me, and knowing my luck...I'll go back tomorrow because I get paid, and it won't be there.

In other news, Daisy and Duke are out of their box that they lived in. Now they are running all over my room, just being typical kittens. They sleep under the covers with me at night. So fucking cute.

Hey everyone...sorry I haven't been posting an actual entry in awhile, I've been a little busy as of late. Earlier in the month, we got two new additions to the family. Two two-week old kittens! (Well, now they are four weeks old) kittens! So with out any further adu....

Daisy is the brown and black little one, and Duke is the black one. My neighbors found them in a drain pipe. Crying their little lungs out. (Daisy has a big mouth). They are a lot bigger now. I'll have to get some more pics ASAP!

Given a choice, and imagining that money and time were no object, would you rather cook dinner, eat out or order in?
    I would much rather cook dinner. I love to cook, even though I am still learning. I would probably cook a few of my favorite meals. One of them would consist of a beautiful steak, baked potatoes, broccoli with fresh squeezed lemon on it, and a salad.

What is the most elaborate meal you've ever prepared yourself or purchased at a restaurant?
    The most elaborate meal that I've ever gotten at a restaurant...it would have to be when we went out to dinner for my grandfather's birthday. I had a nice prime rib (which was delish), and for desert...Bananas Foster...OMG...which they made right in front of you.

What food do you find yourself making and/or eating way too much?
    Any type of meat. I'm definetly a carnivore, I should focus on being a herbivore. I had this discussion with someone last night, I couldn't imagine being a vegetarian, I just love my meat waaaay too much.

What was your most disastrous cooking/eating out experience?
    It would have to be when I first cooked for my dad....*shakes head*. I tried to make chicken, and it went horribly wrong. I undercooked the chicken, but then when I put it back on the grill I overcooked it, and it was burnt to hell..*sigh*. It seemed like the grill was out to get me that night.

Would you rather cook for someone else or have them cook for you?
    I would love to have my boyfriend cook for me just once. He swears up and down that he can cook, but I have yet to see it. Other than that, like I said, I love to cook.

Dear Nose: I'd really, really like it if you unclogged. It's rough sleeping when you can't breathe through your nose. It would be greatly appriciated.

Dear Throat: It would be nice if you stopped hurting so much. The cough drops I bought are disgusting..I really don't want to have to use them.

Dear Body: Please, Please stop hurting. Yes, I know, it sucks that I'm sick, but I'm medicating myself as it is..please don't make me do it anymore.

An Update

Hey Everyone, I just realized I hadn't updated in awhile so I decided to post an entry....

My life hasn't been that exciting as of late, so I decided to post just some random stuff that's been going on in my life.

Lately, I've just been working a lot, well I can't really say that because they cut my hours at work, but I've been busting my ass at home too. When my dad got sick in 2002, the house kinda went to hell in a handbasket appearance wise, and since I didn't live with him then, I wasn't there to catch up on it. Now that I'm here I've tackled the job of straightening this house out. Yes, that means getting the car parts out of the living room...LOL. It's coming along. One thing at a time, the basement got straightened out, the kitchen for the most part is 20 times better than it was. My next project is the dining room. My dad's truck bumper needs to be taken out of there. LOL.. After about a year of work, my room has finally about come together. LONG STORY. Another day another post. Anywho, I'll try to get pictures of it ASAP.

Speaking of pictures, never. EVER. Take your pictures to get them developed at Wal-Mart. The day that I got back from Florida, which was the 23rd of August, I dropped them off. I went back a week later (the soonest I could get there), they told me there was nothing by my name. They said that there was a batch that had been delayed. To make a long story short, my pictures are gone. The truck that they were to get developed, BLOWED UP. What the fuck kind of story is that..*rolls eyes*. I'm kinda bummed though, there's were some great shots of me and my boyfriend on there. Just my fucking luck.

I decided to dye my hair a couple of days back. I went from like three different colors (Red, brown, blonde--all natural), to one color. I am now offically a brunette. The dye I bought was Loreal Feria, and I loved it. Until after I finished the whole process of dying my hair, and I saw the mess that it caused. The place was a fucking wreck, so I spent sometime cleaning that up. I also went and saw my best friend Jenn, who I hadn't seen in awhile, she just had a baby not too long ago, and let me tell you, that little girl is ADORABLE, yes, I know, I'm "Auntie Paige" and I'm a little biased, but I'm allowed to be.

On to the news of the day: My manager at work--the raging bitch, the whore, the vindictive bitch--is getting transferred. It's about fucking time. I've never seen the store more happier then when the news came that she was getting transferred, it's just fucking awesome. Over the past year since I got this job, we've been at each others throats. The woman can't fucking spell either. I had to correct her when she wrote down the word 'bear', when she actually meant 'beer'. And this woman is a manager at a grocery store. Go figure. Also, I guess I was having an awesome day, because when I was at work, I was walking down the aisle, and I found 100 dollar bill laying on the shelf. There was no one around, so I took it. I looked around to make sure I wasn't on Candid Camera or anything, I also went and checked it to make sure it was real. So I'm 100 bucks richer today.

Raw Thought of the night: Whoever decided that Cena should tag with DX, should be dragged out back and shot.
